For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with global business leaders, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals across five continents. I’ve coached executives from Fortune 500 companies in sectors like technology, energy, agriculture, and finance. I’ve trained hundreds of coaches worldwide, co-invented the Success MindsetMaps™ Inventory with renowned thinker Robert Dilts, and co-authored the book The Power of Mindset Change—endorsed by Tony Robbins and other leading voices in personal development.
But more than titles or credentials, I bring life experience. I’ve been married for over 35 years, raised children, walked away from corporate leadership, moved countries, and reinvented myself more than once. I’ve worked through burnout, reconnected with my purpose, and built a life I don’t want to retire from.

Personal
A father of two, Mickey practices martial arts, yoga, and meditation and has travelled to Tibet to become a true practitioner.
